Ronin Dining (aka The Vegan Ronin) was started by Jhenn, a chef cooking traditional Japanese food for supper clubs, pop up events, catering and classes since 2011 in London and now in Surrey. I love sharing Japanese food you can't find in restaurants! I became a professional chef after living in rural Japan for a few years and learning everyday food from grandmas (the true cooks) and honed my craft working in restaurants. I have been selected as a top Japanese chef in Europe and also received the Bronze Certification for foreign chefs cooking traditional washoku Japanese cuisine, both bestowed by the Japanese government (MAFF).
